People experience sport in countless ways, but their identities, communities, and opportunities are scattered across general social apps, recruiting tools, group chats, club pages, and event platforms. No single digital space is designed to keep the full sports world connected.
Competitive talent can still miss visibility and opportunity, while coaches, staff, and organizations spend too much time searching across disconnected platforms and incomplete information. Profiles, highlights, stats, achievements, and communication are spread across separate tools and platforms.
At the same time, recreational and former athletes can struggle to find the people, clubs, activities, and communities that keep them close to sport.
On general social platforms, sports identity is often mixed into everything else. Training, highlights, achievements, routines, and everyday moments in sport can feel out of place or get lost—leaving people without a dedicated space to fully represent that side of who they are.
Everyone has a sports journey. Not everyone has a place to tell it.
The world should see yours.
Roster isn't just another social media app or a recruiting platform. It’s being built as a network for the sports world where people can represent their place in sport, share their journey, find community, be discovered, and build relationships locally and across the world.
Talent deserves visibility. Opportunity deserves access.
Built for the sports world
One shared home for everyone whose life is shaped by sport.
Roster is being built for everyone whose life is shaped by sport—from serious competition to weekend runs, pickup games, training sessions, professional relationships, and the communities around them.

As Roster grows, discover athletes, training or workout partners, professionals, and sports lovers who share your sport, goals, location, or mindset—nearby or across the world.
Roster is being built to make local clubs, teams, groups, and sports communities easier to find, wherever sport takes you.
Over time, discover and share activities, events, games, and sports stories—and find new ways to participate or bring a community together.
Competition may end. Your place in sport doesn’t have to.
Roster’s first focus is people who actively participate in sport—competitively, recreationally, or professionally—along with the coaches, teams, clubs, and sports professionals around them. As Roster grows, that network can expand to include the wider community of people whose lives are shaped by sport.
Whether you compete, train, play recreationally, or are returning to a sport, share your journey and connect with people and communities that keep you close to the game.
Find the right people and talent, share expertise, connect with athletes and colleagues, and strengthen your program, reputation, and professional network.
Represent your identity, grow your community, share updates, and bring people together around teams, activities, and events.
Discover relevant talent across sports and borders, build direct relationships, and make better-informed decisions.
Find athletes, professionals, creators, and communities that align with your brand; build relationships and partnerships around sport.
Follow the people, teams, clubs, and organizations you care about, discover sports stories, and help celebrate the journeys that matter.
Roster began with our firsthand experience as student-athletes navigating fragmented recruiting and sports networking. Athletes often have to juggle social media, emails, agencies, and recruiting platforms just to reach the right people.
Then we saw the wider gap: competitive athletes, former players, recreational participants, coaches, clubs, and supporters all lacked one place to represent their sports identity and stay connected to the communities around them.
We also realized that while sport can be a huge part of someone's identity, general social platforms give that part of their life no dedicated place to exist.
That experience led to a larger realization: the problem was never only recruiting. The entire sports ecosystem lacked a shared digital home. That realization became Roster.
Roster will grow in focused stages, beginning with a clear foundation for sports identity and connection.
Identity deserves a home.
Community deserves connection.

The first Roster experience is planned around sports profiles, sharing, discovery, and building connections. As the platform grows, we plan to expand into communities, activities, events, and recruiting tools.
